INGREDIENTES
1 massa para pastel colonial D’Itália
500g de carne moída
1 pimentão verde picadinho
1/2 cebola bem picadinha
2 tomates picados sem semente
1 caldo de carne
Sal a gosto
MODO DE PREPARO
Retirar a massa para pastel colonial D’Itália do refrigerador pelo menos 30 minutos antes de utilizá-la.
Fritar a cebola e acrescentar o pimentão, o tomate e o caldo de carne.
Adicionar a carne e refogar, colocar sal a gosto.
Deixe esfriar e recheie o pastel.
